Monday, July 26, 2026 - Chilling CCTV footage has surfaced online showing the moment two armed thugs raided a salon at Saika Estate along Kangundo Road in broad daylight, robbing occupants at gunpoint.
In
the footage, the suspects are seen walking into the salon before one of them
suddenly brandishes a pistol, sending customers and staff into panic.
The
armed suspect is then seen stealing mobile phones and other valuables from the
terrified victims as they scream, "Mwizi! Mwizi!" in a desperate call
for help.
Moments
later, the gun-wielding robber fires a shot into the air as the two suspects
flee the scene.
According
to reports, the suspects escaped on a motorcycle positioned nearby for a quick getaway.
The
robbery comes at a time when concerns over insecurity are growing in different
parts of the country, with many recent attacks being carried out by
motorcycle-riding criminals targeting businesses and unsuspecting members of
the public.
Police are expected to analyze the CCTV footage as investigations continue to identify and apprehend the suspects.
