“I wish my Jonasi advised him not to kill SHARON” - Woman labels her husband a notorious womanizer and reveals he was ex-Governor OKOTH OBADO’s close friend

Friday, July 24, 2026 - A woman has revealed that her husband, whom she labelled as a dangerous womanizer, was a close friend of former Migori Governor Okoth Obado, who was convicted over the murder of Sharon Otieno.

In a Facebook post, the woman alleged that her husband had previously taken her to Obado's home in Migori, where they had lunch during what he described as a courtesy visit.

Reflecting on Obado's case, she said she wished her husband had advised his friend against planning Sharon Otieno’s murder.

“They say birds of the same feathers flock together. How come my Jonasi didn't advise Obado on how to handle his side chicks? Because they were friends,” she wrote.

According to the woman, Obado had several non-violent options, including allowing Sharon to give birth and dealing with any paternity dispute through legal channels instead of choosing a path that ended in tragedy.

She argued that the matter could have been handled through the courts if necessary, rather than resulting in the loss of life.

“Anyway, with all the options, he chose the dumbest of them all,” she wrote.
