In the video, the man is seen picking waste from a roadside culvert, raising concerns among some social media users over his mental state.

While some speculated that he may have come to the country as a tourist and later lost his fortune, others jokingly argued that he might be a foreign spy trying to blend in with the locals while gathering intelligence.
